There are no shared walls, but our roofing is finished with lead flashing in the wall of the neighbours. The neighbours are going to demolish their extension soon. As a result, our outer wall (probably: it is not known which extension was there before) will appear unfinished and our roofing will no longer connect. Who is responsible for repairing this?
