Alimony in Emigration: What to Do?

Dear, I got divorced a few years ago and pay child and spousal support. Now I want to move to Vietnam with my girlfriend next year. I can get a job there with a good salary (for Vietnamese standards), but considerably lower than what I earn now in the Netherlands. The alimony is calculated based on my income and the standards here in the Netherlands, but what will change if I emigrate?

Of course, you can get by in Vietnam on a low salary (read <1000EUR). But if the current alimony suddenly takes up half of the salary there, that is no longer realistic. So who determines what the capacity to pay will be? Do the same rules apply as here, such as subsistence, rent, health insurance? I can't find anything about this in the Tremanorms.
