Exam inspection: your rights as a parent

Questioner

My child has taken an exam. Now, a review is being organized on Saturday. According to the organization, only the exam candidate is allowed to review the work. I find it useful to look at what went wrong because as an adult I can better assess where my child's weak points were during the exams. My child is a minor, can I, as a parent, be denied access by the organization, is that legal?

You can be present at the inspection. The organization must provide you as a parent with information and indicate what your child's weak points are. I advise you to inform them in writing in advance that you will be there on Saturday. If you receive a message that you are not wanted, I think some publicity is appropriate.
