Liability for water damage when camping

Who is liable for water damage when camping on a campsite with a trailer tent if the ground does not absorb enough water during heavy rainfall? This while the trailer tent itself does not leak a drop of water but simply has centimetres of water inside because the camping field has turned into a wading pool.

If the general terms and conditions do not specify anything about this, you can hold the campsite owner liable for this. There must be demonstrable damage as a result of insufficient water absorption (also demonstrable) of the ground. I advise you to first consult with the owner or to file a complaint.
