Camping conditions and VAT: what to do?
Questioner
The general terms and conditions of a campsite state that when selling movable goods, the seller and buyer owe the campsite 2.5% of the total purchase price. Nothing is mentioned about VAT. Now an invoice is sent in which 21% VAT is also calculated. In my opinion this is not correct unless excl. VAT is stated in the terms and conditionsLawyer
If the campsite owner only deals with business customers, then it is ex. VAT, otherwise it must be incl. VAT for private individuals. You can inform the owner of this in writing.Neem de volgende stap
