Years ago I had to testify in the Legiolease/Dexia affair that I was not aware of my husband's investments. This process has resulted in the return of another 200,000 of the 1,000,000 million in shares. I have no documentation of this process and Legiolease. During the divorce from my husband this whole issue was not discussed. I expect that my ex will still be compensated for interest or damages and that would mean that I am still entitled to half of that. But I have no data. When asked whether my husband is registered with Leaseproces, the operator refused to answer. My question is: how and where could I get more information?

I advise you to request written information from Dexia, stating that as an ex-partner you are entitled to any share of the assets built up during the marriage, if necessary substantiated with marriage and divorce documents.

You have given a statement as a witness to the court, which means that you have the case number of the Court. You can also try to get a copy of the (interim) judgment from the clerk, or at least ask what the status of the case is.
