Problems with flexible credits? Need help!

My boyfriend and I took out a flexible credit with the ABN bank during the period that we lived together (not registered). When we broke up, we entered into an agreement, with signatures of witnesses, in which we stated that I would transfer money to him for my part of the repayment. Now it appears that he has not used the money that I transferred to him for the repayment during the past period. In the overview of the ABN I see that he has not repaid enough for months. The ABN account is in both our names. I have kept to my part of the signed agreement, but he has not. But the open debt with the ABN is also in my name. What can I do?

You only have a claim on your ex-partner. But you have also entered into an agreement with him. So you have to knock on his door and, if necessary, demand in a registered letter that he pays the money to ABN or pays it back to you.
