Wage garnishment and bailiff's costs: Legal advice

Questioner

I have a question regarding wage garnishment and its costs. An agency has garnished my income. Now there are other creditors to whom I have to pay and a payment arrangement is running. Due to the maximum wage garnishment, I can no longer meet the payment arrangements. They can therefore approach the agency that has garnished my wages. Now my question is, do I have to pay bailiff costs for every creditor who seizes? Since wages have already been garnished and they only have to inform the first seizing party.

Unfortunately, all creditors can garnish wages. This does indeed mean that bailiff costs must be paid each time. If there are multiple garnishees, the bailiff who first garnished must divide everything with the other bailiffs. It is not legally possible for other creditors to 'simply' inform the first seizing party.
