Hello, I got a fine for leaving my car in my garage driveway for a while while I was shunting to drive another car from this garage. I received an unjustified fine and I have filed an objection I did not receive a response within the specified period and started a penalty payment procedure. This was rejected and now I can only appeal but that costs a lot of money My question is whether I could impose a penalty on the municipality in this case and what decision period they have to adhere to, to my knowledge 8 weeks and after I have put them in default another 2 weeks and then they have to pay. my question correct or not correct
