next year 1 febr 2018 my unemployment benefit will stop. I will have had it for 38 months. So now I am 62 years old and would therefore be entitled to the IOAW, this is determined by the municipality. My wife does not work. We do have a son of several years old at home who earns well. Will I then have to deal with the Cost-sharing standard. ? Will I not receive IOAW or will the IOAW be reduced. I have also built up a Prépensioen from my last employer since 1 march 2017. I also drive 2 days a month as a taxi driver, the WW is not reduced and how does this work with the IOAW. The most important question I think is whether or not I can receive IOAW. ? because my adult son lives with us at home.

The cost-sharing standard does not apply to married couples in the Iowa. Your son's cohabitation therefore has no consequences for the Iowa. Your income is deducted from the Iowa. If you became unemployed just after the age of 60, you are entitled to an Iow benefit.
