Legal assistance with divorce and relocation

We are divorced and have two children aged 3 and 6. I have been assigned a house in another place of residence. This means that my children have to change schools and daycare centres. My ex does not agree to this. Can I also register for another school without his permission? What are my and his rights in this? The divorce agreement states that we will do everything in consultation, but it does not say anything about the distance to which we are allowed to live.

Then there is no co-parenting and if you cease primary care, you may move after consultation. If that is in the same region, then I do not think a judge will grant a request for a relocation ban. That would be unreasonable in the current circumstances of housing shortage.
