Dear Madam / Sir, I have a question about travel expenses. For the years 2015 and 2016 I want to declare travel expenses for my flex days with my employer. They have switched to a different computer system for processing this compensation and now I can no longer declare travel expenses for previous years. They wrote to me: 'we are currently working with a new declaration system. You indicate that you want to declare for 2015 and 2016, this is no longer possible according to the regulations, because you can only declare 3 periods back (that is three to four months).
