Ir/Madam, I received a letter from a bailiff regarding a payment arrears with an internet provider Online. It would concern a arrears in 2011 at an address in Hoorn. Now, I have not lived in this house since 2007. So that has raised questions for me that I was not. Van Arkel debt collection agency unfortunately does not respond to my protest and wants to seize the property on July 26. It is not a high amount, €424.49, but I do not want to pay for something that is not my fault. This case was first in the hands of Intrum Justitia. I received the invoices from them yesterday. According to the population register, I was not living at that address during that period. I would like to hear from you what I should do about this. I am desperate because apparently no one can help me and every party points the finger at each other. What is wisdom now?

You do not mention whether there is already a judgment. If that is not the case, then at most a conservatory attachment can be imposed and in that case your belongings will not be removed. If there is a judgment, then you will have to check whether it is still possible to object to that judgment.
