Hello, I split up with my partner and terminated our joint rental contract. The deposit was €1330 of which we both paid half. However, she did not pay me her rent for the last month, and she said that I had to deduct various costs and bills of the house. In the end, this would leave almost nothing of her share of the deposit. Can she always take legal action to get the entire amount from me? It should be said: she was German and never registered in the Netherlands with the municipality...
