Hello, My father and his new wife are married under prenuptial agreements. Half a year ago my father bought a brand new car from his money +- 25,000 euros. (he doesn't have a driver's license himself) but she drives it and it is registered in her name. Now things aren't going well between them and he's afraid she'll take the car.
