Legal assistance with laptop problems for entrepreneurs

I bought a laptop in the name of the company and now I'm going back for a repair for the 6th time. I actually want my money back but they say that as a company you are not entitled to that. Laptop is not even a year old. Are they right or is this a sales gimmick?

The standard right of return is only for consumers and not for entrepreneurs. In that respect, the supplier is right, but this right is not the issue here. You are entitled to a device that does what it is supposed to do and that meets the expectations that you reasonably set differently. Six repairs is a lot, but apparently you have also agreed on this sixth repair.
