How much time should elapse between a permanent contract, which was terminated after 10 years due to reaching retirement age, and a zero-hours contract?

If you have reached retirement age, it may be useful to change the employment relationship. In my opinion, however, there does not have to be a time between the termination of the permanent contract and the zero-hours contract.
