Legal assistance in case of incorrect diagnosis and damage

Someone has been assuming a diagnosis since 1994 or 2001 that was unknown to me and that has never been properly investigated discussed with me. I do not agree with that diagnosis. From 2001 to 2012 and even after that, people interfered with my life without my knowledge and against my will. By chance, I got on July 13, 2012 a file in my hands, so I was not able to defend myself earlier. I have the feeling that something is not right with me here gone. What can I do. I have of course damage because I had my life very differently want to lead. I feel at least serious stalked / followed and harmed without valid reason.
