What is required for a living will to come into effect if it contains the text: I am incapacitated if a physician declares in writing that I am unable to express my will and/or to look after my financial interests... Is possession of the doctor's statement sufficient to be able to use the living will or does it still need to be ratified by a judge or notary?Lawyer
