Dear, I have a question about sickness benefits and labor disputes. The email below describes everything as completely as possible. If you would like to do so without obligation, please contact us. can view so that I know what my rights are. My details 63 years old 36 years of employment with employer Below is a description of the labor dispute and sickness benefit. I reported myself sick on April 20, stating that I could no longer tolerate the way I was being treated. At the time, I was working 50% and receiving 50% of my saved life-cycle credit. As of May 1, I would work 0% and receive 100% life-cycle credit for a period of 2 years, but I was still sick. I received a letter from my employer dated June 2. To which I responded that I was still sick. On June 8, I was suddenly informed by email that I had not responded to a registered letter dated May 9 and that my life course would be terminated as of June 8 and my sickness benefit would not start until June 8 and I had to see the company doctor on June 12. I responded on June 8 that I had never received a note of a registered letter and that I had been ill since April 20 and not since June 8. There was no response to this. The company doctor was of the opinion that I was fit for work, but an employment conflict is not medically ill. On June 12th I received a letter saying that I was expected at work on June 13th. I responded that this was impossible given the situation and told him that he would have to restart my life as I had no other option. Because I never received a message about a registered letter, I made inquiries at PostNL. According to them, a registered letter had been delivered to my address on May 11 and 12. I also requested this letter from my employer and received it on June 26. The labor conflict consists of the fact that I am not appreciated and others are, I am passed over and just hang around they just ignore me I get. no chance and I can't get any story I don't trust anyone anymore and the employer does absolutely nothing about the problem the working relationship with my head is very bad because of this and I just walk around frustrated. I don't want to go back after the life cycle, I can't handle that. My question is what to do with my employment conflict after my career break period and am I entitled to continued payment of wages during illness from May 1 to June 12? Yours sincerely,Lawyer
A lot has happened in your case. Partly because of this, your problem is too complicated to properly handle/discuss here. I therefore advise you to contact a specialized labor law attorney with attention to reintegration as soon as possible.Neem de volgende stap
