Dentist liability: Your rights and free advice
Questioner
For years the taking of pictures was postponed, which meant that 3 cavities had to be filled, which could have been prevented. With 1 of those cavities it went wrong, which resulted in a root treatment and crown, and the crown was left too high time and again, which led to additional damage and costs, which is not easy to prove, but in addition the dentist placed the filling next to the empty root canal, (seen in the picture), which is therefore quite sensitive to inflammation and in any case had to be replaced completely at a cost of 2,000 euros. The dentist does not want to accommodate me in any way. Should I hold him liable? And does that cost money? Kind regardsLawyer
You can hold the dentist liable if he has failed in the treatment, in other words if he/she is to blame. This seems very similar here. After all, a reasonably acting and reasonably competent healthcare provider may be expected to handle your teeth with care. You can recover the damages suffered from the dentist.Neem de volgende stap
