Liability and Insurance: Get Help with Fraud

Questioner

I am being held liable by the other party and my insurance company wants to pay her out and I have not signed anything or provided evidence that the person is committing fraud by giving false testimony. Can I do something against the insurance company so that I am not falsely held liable for something I did not do or are you allowed to commit fraud and still be rewarded for it? because this way I can also sue anyone if this is allowed because the damage form clearly states that both parties must sign and I never signed anything.

Lawyer

Your insurer may proceed to pay the other party based on the facts and the situation. You can provide counter-evidence to prove your innocence after the insurer has accused you. I advise you to come up with good evidence.
