Reporting sick and conversations with your boss

I have called in sick and do not feel able to have a conversation with my boss tomorrow. What is the best way to approach this?

Dear questioner, I assume that you have reported sick via email. If you have not done so, you should do so now. In the same email you indicate that you are unable to come to the interview tomorrow. You do not need to provide any further information here. You also do not need to tell your employer what you have (illness). If your illness continues, your employer will call in an occupational health service and have you called in by the occupational health physician.
