I signed a settlement agreement a little over 2 months ago. That I and the company agree on the dismissal for business economic reasons. Now that my contract is almost over on April 1, 2017, I am told that they want to keep me longer. My question is can the company dissolve my settlement agreement and then extend it? Or do they have to offer me a new contract?
