I got sick in 2004 and was declared 10% disabled later that year. I was supposed to have a reassessment a year later. I never did that and I went back to work full-time quite quickly. Now I am completely disabled due to a brain haemorrhage. My employer never reported me for the reassessment or called me up and I am still registered in their system as 10% disabled. This has consequences for my benefit that I should receive in 2017. Can I hold my employer liable for the reduction in my benefits? I have always worked more hours than my contract and in 2015 I even had 120 hours of overtime. Please advise, thank you in advance.Lawyer
