My ex-partner and I have made a contact arrangement that he has them over once every two weekends. Now he sends me emails that I am not taking good care of my children and that he wants full care of my children. How far can he go in this.

It is difficult to answer your question in this way, as everything depends on the circumstances of the case. From your message I understand that the children have their main residence with you. In order to change a main residence, a lot must be going on. There must indeed be concerns about your parenting skills (and that must have been confirmed by, for example, an employee of the Child Protection Board) and things must not be going well with the children. Alternatives, such as a parenting skills course, must have failed. As you can read, a change of primary residence does not happen quickly.
