I have been divorced for almost 2 years. Now remarried. My ex-wife has recently started living with someone. Despite many processes, there is no normal contact between us and there is still disagreement about the sale of the marital home where I live. There is still a lot of contact between lawyers. She gets legal aid, I don't. Will she still receive legal aid now that she lives together and is registered according to the GBA with her current partner at 1 address? This has greatly increased its carrying capacity.
