I returned a product I bought online to a company. This company said it would refund the purchase price within 30 days, but this still hasn't happened after 7 weeks. Email contact has so far yielded no results. How can I force this company to fulfill their obligation?Lawyer
First of all, I advise you to keep any documents that can prove that you have returned the product. These can serve as proof that the product has actually been returned. Since the e-mail contact has not yielded any results, I advise you to send a notice of default as a next step. This is a letter in which you give the other party a reasonable period to meet their obligation. You can find examples of a notice of default on the internet.
