A year ago I got a tattoo on my wrist at a recognized tattoo shop. this was my first tattoo. I had a sentence written that means a lot to me. The letters of the tattoo are very thick and it has become illegible. I took it to the shop and they said it was sewn with a needle that was too wide. I also went to another shop and they indicated the same thing and even thought it was set very badly. Now I'm really bothered by it because there are bumps underneath and they itch. also people can't see what is written. Can I hold the tattoo shop liable for the inconvenience and for a cover up?
