I am a member of a VvE. I sent the board of the VvE a letter and asked them to consider it as incoming mail and therefore to distribute it among all members. I received the invitation and the agenda for the next meeting, but my letter was not distributed among the members. I literally wrote the following: 'I request that you consider this letter as incoming mail and distribute it among all members of the VvE.' Can I now have the upcoming meeting declared invalid by the Court?

You can demand an objectionable addition to the agenda drawn up, in which you state that your letter has not been circulated by the VvE. You can also bring your letter to the attention of all members of the VvE during the meeting.

I was unable to attend the meeting due to work. What is an objectionable addition?

An objectionable addition is that you have to object to the fact that your request (the sending of your letter) was not done by the VvE. It is also a pity that you could not attend the meeting, because then you could have handed the letter to the members.
