VvE and CV Maintenance: Your Rights and Advice

We are a member of a VvE. The HHR states that the CV maintenance must be carried out by an expert with whom the VvE has concluded a collective contract. This contract has now expired. Nevertheless, the board wants us to continue paying for maintenance. Our position is that this is in conflict with the model regulations of 1992 and that there is also no contract.
