Alimony and law: What to do in case of changes?

I have been officially divorced for 3 years now. I have a question about spousal support. How do I know if my ex is working and is not reporting this, causing the partner to continue to receive alimony? Do I have rights with regard to an annual income statement or are there other options that will give me insight into whether my ex is no longer entitled to spousal support?

Your ex-partner is obliged to inform you of this. If she does not do this, you can ask a lawyer to request the documents from her. If she does not respond to this either, proceedings must be initiated. We can then make an estimate of her income. If she does not submit any evidence of her income in the proceedings either, the judge will very likely assume the estimate or state that she can provide for her own living expenses.

I have a question, I heard through Facebook that my ex-wife is moving in with her new boyfriend. She has given notice to rent and is going to live with the master. What are the consequences of this for alimony? Can I stop paying immediately or should I inform her that I am going to stop if this is allowed. I would like to hear from you
