My sister is in conflict with school for the 3rd time. She is doing an entrance course. But because of her absence, the school postponed her exam until September. She was right to go to school. But now it is almost the end of September and the school does not respond to emails and refuses to speak to us by phone. Now she has registered for another course, but it states very clearly: Without the level 1 diploma you may not be accepted. And now, ? Her current school doesn't hear or know anything. We don't know what to do. And the other school she's registered for? Can't she get in through a test or something? Kind regards

Advice: hold the current school liable for all delays and damages resulting from their failure to respond and therefore acting in deviation from the agreement that they could take the exam in September. They usually do respond (faster).
