What to do in case of divorce and joint residence?

My partner and I broke up 6 years ago. We have a house in both our names which I used to live in (no longer, the house is empty and uninhabited) When we separated, we made a mutual agreement in writing that I would pay for the house. All the burden would go to me. I can no longer afford this and want her to share in it. She doesn't want this. What are my rights here?

You have signed an agreement and you are now bound by it. You do have the privilege of selling the house. You can also request a review, but I understood that your ex-wife does not want that.
