Liability and costs when being sued

If you are wrongly summoned and you are proven right. For which costs incurred and losses can I hold the plaintiff liable? How, when and to whom do I bring this to the attention? How does the subdistrict court deal with this in practice and what procedure should be followed?

Normally, the judge is requested during the trial to sentence the plaintiff for costs incurred. The lawyer who represented you in this should have known this as well.
