a customer service sometimes records telephone conversations. Do you have the right to listen to these as a consumer? If you disagree with something or if you don't believe the company about what was said on the phone?

Yes, you can ask them to let you hear these sound carriers if you want to use them. However, if they do not want to cooperate, you can submit the case to a judge and have him assess whether these sound carriers should be given to you to prove your right.
