Adjustment of working hours during maternity leave

Employee works 2.5 days a week. Is now on maternity leave and indicates that she wants to work Tuesday afternoon instead of Friday morning. This does not suit us in terms of office occupancy. Can the employee demand this? And can she then state that if this is not possible, she will work fewer hours?

She can ask you to adjust the agreement and/or working hours due to the pregnancy. However, if this is not possible for a valid reason on your part, you do not have to agree to this.
