I have a question about the Sunday surcharge in retail. I currently have a fixed-term on-call contract, which has now been extended once. In the previous 7 months I have structurally worked 18 hours per week in the weekend. Now my employer wants to reduce my Sunday allowance from 100 to 50% in connection with the collective labor agreement in which this has been permitted since October 2015 and does not accommodate me by scheduling me more hours. I now end up working 15 hours per week, which has quite an impact on my monthly salary. They want to make this retroactive to June 1, while I was only informed a few days ago. They rejected my request to work more hours because I have an on-call contract and they are not obliged to schedule me. My question is, is this possible, and if so, retroactively? What can I do about this? I am a student and I really can't miss this amount in the month. Thanks in advance!Lawyer
I looked up the regulations for you. You can appeal to the legal presumption of working hours. This entitles you to a contract with 18 hours. I have experience working with collective labor agreements and employment contracts. Please contact me.Neem de volgende stap
