Since January until June I have been working in addiction care. I work at various locations. I have a min-max contract of 16-24 hours. I receive two different payslips per month (one 'normal' and the other called flex payslip). The hours, salary and my leave hours differ per payslip and also in the same month per month. For example, in February I accrued 9 leave hours on one payslip and 11 on the other. The planning department has already indicated that my contract expires by operation of law. In order not to have to pay 42% tax and to have the time to fully focus on applying for jobs, I asked about my leave hours. I was told by a planning employee over the phone that I still have 79 leave hours. This is enough to take the month of June and have hours left. Later it was indicated that this is not correct. How many hours I still had would be investigated and I received confirmation by email. Unfortunately, I never received this email. After I asked another colleague for my leave balance again, I received a confirmation by email. In total I would have 79 hours. I immediately confirmed the email and indicated how I would like to take the hours. A week later I was called and it was indicated again that 79 hours is not correct. I would still have 39 hours of leave. In the standard pay slips I get 44 hours of leave up to and including May and in the flex pay slips 35. If you add these together you get exactly 79. and the month of June is not included. Are they making a mistake or is it working differently. There are quite a few things wrong with the planning department (wages and hours that are not correct). I honestly don't believe what they say anymore, but I also don't really know how to deal with this. According to the standard pay slips, I already have 44 hours of leave and not 39. A bit of a long story, but hopefully complete and clear. Thanks in advance for a reaction.Lawyer
Good morning, I have checked the collective labor agreement for you. You can claim 4 times the number of working hours per week. I'm happy to go the extra mile to ensure you can take those vacation days.Neem de volgende stap
