Legal Advice on Settlement Agreements

I signed a settlement agreement by mutual consent. The agreement runs until November. I am exempted from work during the term of the agreement and have (fortunately) found other work in the meantime. The company with which I signed the settlement agreement has not paid my salary for 2 months. My other colleagues are in the process of filing for bankruptcy in connection with the non-payment of salary. I am aware that in the event of bankruptcy, the UWV will pay back up to 13 weeks, but does this also apply if other work has been found during this agreement?

Even if you are exempt from work, you are entitled to continued payment of your salary and therefore to benefits from the UWV.
