Can a psychiatrist report to youth care and can youth care treat an unborn child?Lawyer
Your last question can be answered as follows. Youth care may only intervene in a voluntary framework if you have given permission for this. If you do not give permission, the Child Protection Board can request a supervision order from the court. Youth care may then come into the family to help. In the event of a request for supervision, you can ask a lawyer to assist you and to defend yourself if you do not agree.
