Liability for lost items? Free advice!

Today I discovered that items from my boat (including winter clothing and an inflatable dinghy) were most likely thrown away by the new owner of the farm and buildings where I rented storage space for my trailerable sailing boat for years. The original owner of the farm from whom I rented passed away more than 1.5 years ago, since then the heirs - namely four sons - have been arguing about the property. As I now understand it, the youngest son bought out the older brothers. I verbally agreed with the oldest son, who was the executor of the will at the time, that I would receive a signal when all my items should be removed. I later received reconfirmation of this agreement from another family member. I was not informed of the actual transfer of the property, nor of the disposal of items. I also never received a notice, either verbally or in writing, in which it was made clear to me that I had to remove my items by a certain date. My question now is whether I can hold the current owner liable for the damage, roughly estimated at around 2000 euros.Lawyer
Yes, on the grounds of bad housekeeping, a breach of the custody agreement. You had already removed your boat earlier? I can help you with drawing up the liability claim on the grounds of the above-mentioned provisions of the law. Please contact me directly for this purpose?Take the next step
