Webshop Returns: Your Rights and Advice

I received a dress from a webshop, only tried it on and immediately returned it. Not checked for stains. Now the webshop says they can't process my return because there are stains on it. What now? I don't agree.

You have the right to return your online purchase within 14 days and to cancel the purchase. That there is a stain in it, you have to prove to them that it was already there with you and/or got into you. My advice is therefore that you inform them in writing that you will not take it back and that you adhere to the legal period that you may return it and cancel the purchase, and that the stains were not yet there with you and you expect to simply receive your money back. If they do not agree, they must prove that the stains were caused by you. If they do not want to refund the money, you can take the case to a judge and have him judge.
