When am I entitled to a pro bono lawyer? My husband has an income of approximately 38,000 euros (employed) and my income is virtually zero (self-employed). We have 4 children (3 adults, 2 of whom are studying and 1 is living in a room, the third is without income and a minor). We do have savings, but this is largely intended as a pension. I have now been summoned and if I lose that case our savings will be gone.Lawyer
