WIA benefits and teaching: legal advice
Questioner
Good morning, Three years ago I was declared 50% incapacitated as a teacher (on medical grounds). I receive a WIA benefit. Are there any legal consequences if I start teaching some lessons again now that I am doing better? Yours sincerely J.B.Lawyer
Income is reduced in proportion to your disability percentage from your WIA benefit. By working, you will therefore be (slightly) better off financially.Neem de volgende stap
