Requesting a change in child support

My minor child is staying in a youth care institution. I pay child support to the mother, none of which ultimately goes to the child. mother does not incur any costs, does not attend consultations, arguing that she has no money. the personal contribution to the institution has also been abolished as of 1 January 2016. is there a possibility to get child support for the child. I pay 269 euros per month.

thank you for your answer. Understand from case law in similar cases that the chance of alimony being changed is minimal. Weighing this against the costs of taking it to court has deterred me from doing so.
