Employee rights: Contract extension and deployment days
Questioner
I work 2 days on contract (signed 18 August 2015) However, since August 18, I have been continuously deployed an extra day. This extra day would be used during a 1-month induction period and if there is a busy period or a colleague is ill. However, I have now been offered a contract extension for one year, again on the same conditions (so 2 days on contract), but I will be deployed for 3 days again, this also on a fixed agreed day, which can possibly be changed to another day. Is this allowed? Does this concern a fixed employment pattern since August 18, 2015 and does my employer have to offer 3 days on contract? I am now forced to take flexible childcare for the 3rd extra day (because the day could change..) This entails extra high costs. I can also only report these additional costs to the tax authorities after the end of the month for settlement.Lawyer
With BW 7 610b you can claim another employment contract. How many hours and days were you there on average? Email me and I will send you a letter that you can send to the employer.Neem de volgende stap
