LS, In the event that my aunt (cold side) dies and she has not left a will and she has no living family, who are her heirs? Or rather, do I claim her estate on the basis of inheritance law. If this is not the case, do I claim a portion of her estate, i.e. the portion of her assets that she received from my uncle under the statutory division, of which I would be an heir on the basis of substitution? And what portion of the estate would I be entitled to? I look forward to hearing from you.

You have no right to the inheritance because you are not related to your aunt. The family tie with your uncle has no influence on this. She is the heir of her husband and therefore his assets have come to her. You cannot derive any rights from this.
