Warning against fraud: what can you do?
Questioner
Good evening, I shared a win-action of a company on Facebook. Then I got a message from my cousin that they are scammers. I did some research and saw among other things that it is on Radar. I also see a lot of reactions appearing on the page that people have not received their order yet and do not answer the phone/mail. A few minutes later they delete these reactions. I would like to warn people but is that allowed? For example, posting a message on Facebook and then hoping that people will read and share it? GreetingsLawyer
Warning is always allowed if you are sure that they are scammers, but then you must have 100% proof. If you do not have that, then you really have to be careful with posting things because otherwise they could sue you for slander / libel.Take the next step
