What are reasonable call-out charges? Get free advice

We had a toilet blockage after putting a few bottles of toilet cleaner in the toilet, which had no effect... called a sewage company. They came, flushed the toilet and...... The toilet worked!! Of course it sucks because we hadn't tried it ourselves!! The man happily left after 5 minutes after we had paid 105 euros in call-out charges. Is that allowed? Is there no legal amount? The business is 5 minutes away from us.

That is indeed a bummer. It depends on the company's terms and conditions whether and when call-out charges are calculated.
